What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through this site: the name, email address, company, budget range and message you enter in the contact form, or the email address you enter to subscribe to product updates. We also record the time of submission and basic request metadata (IP address, browser user agent, referring page) to protect the forms from abuse.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to work with you.
• To send product updates, if you asked for them.
• To detect and block automated spam.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our MongoDB database and transactional email is delivered through Resend. Both providers process this data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@doppelo.tech and we will action it.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers named above.
